...to continue on my theme of animal related Zahl blog posts, I saved this injured Heron from a likely death in traffic and brought it in a box to the vet this morning. So sad, I think he had a broken wing!
Amazing! Deirdre sometimes I get a distinct Dr. Dolittle vibe. We don't have anything as cool as herons here. Just lots of big brown cows, which I have to dodge on my usual running route.
